The 2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty is offered in six trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited.
2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL
The XL trim is powered by a standard 6.8-liter V8 engine. According to the Camp Verde Ford dealership, a 7.3-liter V8, a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 turbodiesel, and a 6.7-liter Power Stroke V8 High Output turbodiesel are available. Two-wheel drive is standard, and four-wheel drive is available.
Standard features include 17-inch painted steel wheels, black bumpers with a rear bumper step, remote keyless entry, remote start, auto on/off halogen headlights, power windows and door locks, a manually adjustable 40/20/40 vinyl front bench seat with driver’s side manual lumbar support, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel with controls, and single-zone air conditioning. Other standard features include manual telescoping trailering mirrors, a 2.5-inch trailer hitch, trailer-sway and brake control, a removable tailgate with a power lock, sidesteps, four tie-downs, lamps in the bed and cargo area, hill-start assist, and a rearview monitor. Technology features include a 4.2-inch LCD information screen, Ford’s SYNC 4 system, an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a four-speaker stereo system, and a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot.
2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT
The XLT trim is equipped with the 7.3-liter V8 engine and four-wheel drive. The diesel units are available. The XLT starts with the features of the XL and adds 18-inch cast aluminum wheels, a chrome grille, chrome bumpers, fog lights, keyless entry, cloth upholstery, an eight-way power driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar, carpeting, rear privacy glass, a BoxLink bed with four locking cleats, and two 120-volt outlets. Standard driver assistance features include automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, and auto high-beam headlights. SuperCab and Crew Cab models come with seven speakers.
2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat
The Lariat trim gets the XLT’s features, plus 18-inch machined alloy wheels with gray paint, additional exterior chrome, LED fog lights and headlights, keyless entry and push-button start, remote start, interior ambient lighting, leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, driver seat memory, heated rear seats, eight-way power seats with power lumbar and memory, a power tilt/telescoping heated steering wheel, rain-sensing wipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, LED box lighting, and a remote tailgate release. The Ford Co-Pilot 360 2.0 system is also standard. 2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty King Ranch
Step up to the King Ranch trim, and you’ll get the features of the Lariat trim, plus 20-inch bright machined alloy wheels, power deployable running boards, exclusive bumpers and lower trim accent color, premium leather seating, leather-covered door panels, a leather-covered power-adjustable heated steering wheel, a power tailgate, the Pro Power Onboard bed outlet, a head-up display, and a wireless charging pad.
