2024 Ford F-250 Super Duty Trim Levels

The base XL trim is equipped with a standard 6.8-liter V8 engine generating 400 horses and 445 lb-ft of torque. According to the Show Low Ford dealership, available engines include a 7.3-liter V8 developing 430 hp and 485 lb-ft, a 6.7-liter turbodiesel V8 producing 475 hp and 1,050 lb-ft, and a 6.7-liter high-output turbodiesel V8 good for 500 hp and 1,200 lb-ft are optional. Two-wheel drive is standard, and buyers can upgrade to four-wheel drive.

The XL comes with 17-inch painted steel wheels, auto on/off halogen headlights, remote keyless entry, remote start, black bumpers with a rear bumper step, a manually adjustable 40/20/40 vinyl front bench seat with driver’s side manual lumbar support, power windows and door locks, single-zone air conditioning, and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel with controls. Also standard are manual telescoping trailering mirrors, trailer-sway and brake control, a 2.5-inch trailer hitch, sidesteps, a removable tailgate with a power lock, lamps in the bed and cargo area, four tie-downs, a rearview monitor, and hill-start assist. Tech equipment includes a 4.2-inch LCD information screen, an 8-inch touchscreen, Ford’s SYNC 4 infotainment setup, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an audio system with four speakers, and a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot.

The XLT trim is powered by the 7.3-liter V8. The XLT and higher trims get standard four-wheel drive. The diesel engines are optional. The XLT comes with the features of the XL, plus 18-inch cast aluminum wheels, fog lights, a chrome grille and bumpers, keyless entry, cloth upholstery, an eight-way power driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar, rear privacy glass, carpeting, two 120-volt outlets, and a BoxLink bed with four locking cleats. Driver assistance equipment that comes standard includes auto high-beam headlights, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. SuperCab and Crew Cab models get seven speakers.

Step up to the Lariat trim, and you’ll get the features of the XLT, plus 18-inch machined alloy wheels with gray paint, LED headlights and fog lights, interior ambient lighting, additional exterior chrome, remote start, keyless entry and push-button start, leather seating, driver seat memory, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, eight-way power seats with power lumbar and memory settings, rain-sensing wipers, a power tilt/telescoping heated steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, a remote tailgate release, and LED box lighting. The Lariat also comes with a 12-inch color touchscreen with navigation, a blind-spot monitor with trailer coverage, auto power-folding trailering mirrors, a 360-degree camera, rear cross-traffic alert, rear parking sensors, and reverse sensing with emergency braking. The standard Ford Co-Pilot360 2.0 system adds lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, a blind-spot monitor with trailer coverage, intersection assist, rear parking sensors with rear emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, and a driver attention monitor.

The King Ranch trim starts with the Lariat’s features. It adds 20-inch bright machined alloy wheels, exclusive bumpers, power deployable running boards, a unique lower-trim accent color, leather-covered door panels, premium leather upholstery, a leather-covered power-adjustable and heated steering wheel, the Pro Power Onboard bed outlet, a power tailgate, a wireless charging pad, and a head-up display. The King Ranch also gets the Tow Technology Package, adaptive cruise control, intersection assist, an 18-speaker Bang and Olufsen premium stereo system, and front and rear parking sensors.

The Platinum trim enjoys most of the King Ranch’s features, plus 20-inch bright machined wheels with matte black paint, driver’s seat memory, soft leather seats and door panels, Satin Aluminum exterior trim, multi-contour front seats, remote tailgate release, and chrome tow hooks.

The range-topping Limited trim employs the 6.7-liter High Output Power Stroke turbodiesel powerplant. It comes with two-tone premium quilted leather upholstery, carbon-fiber interior trim accents, a dual-pane power moonroof, and Max Recline front seats.
