2024 Ford Expedition Trim Levels

The Expedition seats up to eight passengers in six trim levels: XL STX, XLT, Limited, Timberline, King Ranch, and Platinum. Powering the 2024 Ford Expedition is a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The standard variant produces 380 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, and the Limited develops 400 hp and 480 lb-ft. The Ford Expedition XL STX trim seats five in two rows. The off-road-focused Timberline seats up to seven passengers. It starts with the features of the XLT and adds the 440-horsepower twin-turbo V6 engine, four-wheel drive, increased ground clearance, 32-inch all-terrain tires, a two-speed transfer case, an electronic limited-slip differential, performance-tuned off-road shocks and suspension, and bolder interior and exterior styling. An exclusive exterior lighting setup facilitates evening off-roading. Options include an upgraded infotainment system with a 15.5-inch touchscreen and even more driver-assistance equipment.

The King Ranch gets most of the Limited’s standard features plus exclusive interior and exterior styling. It comes with a 12.4-inch digital gauge cluster, a 15.5-inch touchscreen, a 22-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, HD Radio, pedestrian detection, and a surround-view camera system.

The top-of-the-line Platinum trim gets nearly every feature the Expedition offers. It also includes an adaptive air suspension, a massage feature for the front seats, and the BlueCruise automated driving system.
